As you contemplate Thanksgiving this year, it is my hope that you are able to remember your loved one with fondness. I hope that the sting of death eases for just a moment, long enough for you to notice the love in your heart. I hope that you are able to set aside your pain for a moment of gratitude. I hope that you are able to recognize, you are who you are in part because of the love you shared and the life you lived before grief took up residency in your life.
